IllWillVizuals Booking & Deposit Policy

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit will be applied toward your total session balance. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your scheduled session.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer to the new date. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels their session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may require a new deposit to book a future date.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

If IllWillVizuals must cancel the session and a suitable reschedule date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit will be fully refunded.
