booking & cancellation policy

At IllWillVizuals, I strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all clients. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth process.

deposit fee

• A $50 non-refundable deposit fee is required to book and secure your session.

• The deposit will be applied toward your total package cost.

• Your session date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

no-show fee

No-Show Fee

• If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be assessed.

• No-show clients forfeit their deposit and will need to book a new session with a new deposit.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to avoid additional fees.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the $50 deposit is forfeited.

rescheduling

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred to the new date.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session may result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
